When caste and crew came across Starving Mama Pitbull, in New Orleans suburban area, they were left shocked by her condition, she was barely able to walk properly. But she showed the courage and walked up to them as soon as they pulled up to her house as if she knew they would be the ones to help her and her babies find a better life.
With her caretaker locked in prison, his roommate simply ignored the animals and left them to look after for themselves.
